Guacamole Recipe
Yeah, it’s a thing… Its NATIONAL GUACAMOLE DAY!!! Go get your chips and get ready to dip!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 large ripe avocados 
- 1 small yellow onion 
- 1 large ripe tomato 
- 2 cloves of garlic 
- 1 1/2 lime, juiced 
- salt, garlic powder, and fresh ground pepper to taste 
- 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro 
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Peel and make sure your avocados are pitted, then grab a medium-sized bowl to make your guacamole. 
- Finely chop your tomato, cilantro, and onions. 
- Now squeeze your limes in a small bowl or cup and mince your garlic cloves. 
- Put all your now-prepped ingredients to the side. 
- Now mash the avocados in a medium serving bowl and add your finely chopped onions, cilantro, tomatoes, and minced garlic. Season with lime juice, salt, garlic powder, and pepper and give it a good mix. (adjust the seasonings to your taste.)
