Apricot Jam Recipe!
It’s apricot season!
I honestly think this fruit is SO SLEPT ON so let me teach you how to make a delicious and easy jam for your next breakfast, brunch party and more!
INGREDIENTS
8 cups fresh apricots - peeled, pitted, and crushed
¼ cup lemon juice
5 cups white sugar
HOW TO MAKE IT
- First mix the apricots and lemon juice in a large pot over medium heat and then add sugar slowly bringing it to a boil. Stir until all the sugar dissolves. 
- Cook and stir for about 25 minutes until the apricot mixture thickens, then remove from heat and skim foam off the top if necessary. 
- Ladle the hot jam into your jars, leaving about 1/4 inch of space on top.
