Amaro Daiquiri

Beverage director Marcelino Figueiras wanted an after-dinner drink with a twist, something that would present the complex flavors of amaro in a fresh way. With some inspiration from Chicago’s Billy Sunday, this cocktail became a lower-ABV standout on the Jersey City bar Dullboy’s menu!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ounce Amaro Braulio

  • 3/4 ounce lime juice

  • 1/2 ounce Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro

  • 1/2 ounce Amaro Lucano

  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (1:1, sugar to water)

  • 2 dashes saline solution (25%)

  • GARNISH: dehydrated lime wheel

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add all of the ingredients to your cocktail shaker.

  2. Next, use a handheld frother to blitz the ingredients for 5 seconds, before adding your ice.

  3. Shake well and double strain into your coupe glass.

  4. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel to enjoy!

Although this is definitely not on the simple side, the cocktail is worth it!
