Amaro Daiquiri
Beverage director Marcelino Figueiras wanted an after-dinner drink with a twist, something that would present the complex flavors of amaro in a fresh way. With some inspiration from Chicago’s Billy Sunday, this cocktail became a lower-ABV standout on the Jersey City bar Dullboy’s menu!

INGREDIENTS
1 ounce Amaro Braulio
3/4 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce Amaro Sfumato Rabarbaro
1/2 ounce Amaro Lucano
1/2 ounce simple syrup (1:1, sugar to water)
2 dashes saline solution (25%)
GARNISH: dehydrated lime wheel
HOW TO MAKE IT
Add all of the ingredients to your cocktail shaker.
Next, use a handheld frother to blitz the ingredients for 5 seconds, before adding your ice.
Shake well and double strain into your coupe glass.
Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel to enjoy!
