Bloom & Bubbly

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz Ford’s gin

  • 3/4 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur

  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

  • 1/2 oz simple syrup

  • Soda water, to top

  • Grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup with ice.

  2. Shake until chilled, then strain into a chilled coupe glass.

  3. Top with soda water and give a gentle stir.

  4. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig to enjoy.
