Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Ford’s gin
3/4 oz St-Germain elderflower liqueur
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
Soda water, to top
Grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig, for garnish
Instructions
In a shaker, combine gin, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit juice, and simple syrup with ice.
Shake until chilled, then strain into a chilled coupe glass.
Top with soda water and give a gentle stir.
Garnish with a grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig to enjoy.
