Extra Virgin Martini

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ½ oz Beefeater gin

  • ½ oz Dolin dry vermouth

  • Ice

  • High-quality extra virgin olive oil

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice, gin, and dry vermouth.

  2. Stir for until chilled, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass or coupe.

  3. Finish with 2–4 drops of extra virgin olive oil on the surface. Do not stir. Let it float.
