Island Ashes

Ingredients

• 2 oz mezcal

• 3 oz coconut water

• ½ oz fresh lime juice

• Pinch of salt

• Top with soda water

• Garnish: lime wheel

How to make it

1. Fill a tall highball glass with ice, add mezcal, coconut water, lime juice, and a small pinch of salt.

2. Stir gently to combine and top with soda water.

3. Give it one light stir to lift everything together, before garnishing with a lime wheel to enjoy!
