INGREDIENTS

• 3 oz Sarti Rosa

• 3 oz Prosecco

• 2 oz soda water

• Ice

• Grapefruit slice for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.

2. Pour in the Sarti Rosa.

3. Top with Prosecco and soda water.

4. Gently stir, then garnish with a grapefruit slice!
