The Pan-damn
Ingredients
- 1/2 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE 
- 1 1/2 OZ PANDAN SYRUP 
- MINT LEAVES (MUDDLED) 
- 2 OZ WHITE RUM 
- 1/2 OZ COCONUT MILK 
- 1 OZ COCONUT MILK (FROTHED COLD) 
- 1 PANDAN LEAF TO GARNISH 
How to make it
- Add the lemon juice, pan-dan syrup, mint, coconut milk (UN-FROTHED) & rum to a cocktail shaker without ice. 
- Muddle the mint leaves then add ice to the shaker. 
- Now SHAKE IT!!! 
- Froth the other oz of coconut milk (cold). 
- Strain the drink into a glass with ice & top it off with the coconut milk froth. 
- Finally garnish with a pandan leaf & enjoy!
