The White Kimchi Gibson
INGREDIENTS
- 2 OZ GIN 
- 1 OZ WHITE MU-SSAM JUICE 
- 1/2 OZ CILANTRO INFUSED VERMOUTH 
- WHITE MU-SSAM (GARNISH) 
- ICE 
HOW TO MAKE THE CILANTRO INFUSED VERMOUTH
- Get a handful of cilantro and simply just place in a jar or container with your white vermouth for 3 days prior to making this cocktail. 
HOW TO MAKE IT
- FREEZE YOUR MARTINI GLASS (not mandatory but RECOMMENDED) 
- Fill your shaker with ice. 
- Pour in all your ingredients. 
- Shake well! 
- Strain into your chilled glass & garnish with mu-ssam on a cocktail skewer.
