Chocolate NEGRONI

INGREDIENTS

1 oz Beefeaters gin

  • 3/4 oz Punt e Mes

  • 3/4 oz Campari

  • 1/4 oz créme de cacao

  • 3 dashes of chocolate bitters

  • 1 teaspoon dark chocolate

  • 1 orange twist and chocolate shavings (for garnish)

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add your gin, Punt e Mes, Campari, Tempus Fugit dark cacao, and chocolate bitters to a rocks glass with one ice cube. Stir until combined and chilled.

  2. Using a vegetable peeler, shave curls of dark chocolate and sprinkle on top of the glass along with an orange twist to garnish and enjoy!
