A DIRTY Spritz

INGREDIENTS

• 1 oz Ford’s gin

• 1 oz dry vermouth

• 1/2 oz olive brine

• 1 dash orange bitters

• 3 oz club soda

• 3 Olives, for garnish

HOW TO MAKE IT

1. Chill your wine glass in the fridge for 30 min- 1 hour.

2. Combine your gin, vermouth, olive brine, and bitters in a large wine glass filled with ice. Stir gently to combine, about 15 seconds.

3. Top with club soda and garnish with olives and enjoy!
