The “Rob Roy”
If you like a Manhattan, try this fun variation with scotch!
INGREDIENTS
2 ounces of scotch
3/4 ounce sweet vermouth
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish: dark maraschino cherries
HOW TO MAKE IT
Add the scotch, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or cocktail glass.
Garnish with speared cherries.
