The “Rob Roy”

If you like a Manhattan, try this fun variation with scotch!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 ounces of scotch

  • 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth

  • 3 dashes Angostura bitters

  • Garnish: dark maraschino cherries

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add the scotch, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or cocktail glass.

  3. Garnish with speared cherries.
