Rhubarb Berry Collins

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 oz Ford’s Gin

  • 1/2 oz Aperol

  • 3/4 oz lemon juice

  • 3/4 oz rhubarb syrup

  • 1/2 oz strawberry juice

  • Club soda, chilled, to top

  • Garnish: pickled rhubarb stalk

HOW TO MAKE IT

  1. Add the gin, Aperol, lemon juice, rhubarb syrup, and strawberry juice to your shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.

  2. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and top with club soda.

  3. Finally, garnish with a rhubarb stalk to enjoy!
