Rhubarb Berry Collins
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Ford’s Gin
1/2 oz Aperol
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz rhubarb syrup
1/2 oz strawberry juice
Club soda, chilled, to top
Garnish: pickled rhubarb stalk
HOW TO MAKE IT
Add the gin, Aperol, lemon juice, rhubarb syrup, and strawberry juice to your shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice and top with club soda.
Finally, garnish with a rhubarb stalk to enjoy!
