Rose-Berry Grey
INGREDIENTS
BLACKBERRIES
2 SPRIGS OF ROSEMARY (one to garnish, one to shake.)
2 OZ BOURBON
1/2 OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
1 OZ EARL GREY SYRUP
HOW TO MAKE EARL GREY SYRUP
- Pour in 1 cup of water and boil 4 earl grey tea bags in your pot. 
- Let simmer for 2 min and then pour in 1 cup of sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves. 
- Finally let it cool and you have your earl grey simple syrup for your cocktail! 
HOW TO MAKE IT
- Grab your shaker and muddle your blackberries. 
- Add ice, along with a rosemary sprig, bourbon, earl grey syrup & simple syrup into your shaker. 
- Finally shake!!! 
- Double strain into a glass and garnish with blackberries on a cocktail stick & a rosemary sprig.
