INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Ford’s gin
1 oz strawberry-infused Aperol
strawberry lemon poppi soda, chilled, to top
Garnish: 2 strawberry slices
HOW TO MAKE IT
Fill a rocks glass with ice, then add the gin and strawberry-infused Aperol.
Top with the strawberry lemon poppi soda and garnish with two fresh strawberry slices to enjoy!
Strawberry-infused Aperol: Soak a half pint of fresh strawberries in a 750 mL bottle of Aperol overnight, then strain and store the infused Aperol in the refrigerator.
